European Karate Organization (EKO)
The aim of EKO is, to stimulate and promote all aspects of the budo karate of Sosai Masustatsu Oyama. To achieve this, EKO puts emphasis on creating a safe, transparent and inspiring environment for people of all ages, backgrounds and physical abilities, to practise (shin)kyokushin full contact karate.
Interview of Remigiusz Karpiński, president of the European Karate Organization, discusses the significance of a Karate Shinkyokushinkai camp held in Bulgaria in 2023. He emphasizes that the main objective of the camp is to prepare European fighters for the upcoming 13th Open World Championships in Tokyo. Karpiński expresses his gratitude towards the Bulgarian organization for their efforts in organizing the camp, which has attracted participants from countries like Lithuania, Georgia, Hungary, and notably a strong team from Japan.
